Who is Graeme-Wheeler?

Graeme-Wheeler born on 30th October 1951 and served as 11th Governor of Reserve Bank of New Zealand from 2012 to 2017, due to endure performance he succeeded Alan Bollard on September 2012. In 1973 he started working as an advisor at New Zealand Treasury. After that Graeme-Wheeler served as financial counselor and economist for New Zealand delegation to the Organization for Economic Corporation and Development. In 1990, he also served as Director of microeconomic policy in New Zealand Treasury. In 1997, he firstly work as director of financial products and services department for World Bank Group, later on served as director of operation from 2006 to 2010. Graeme-Wheeler left the World Bank in 2010 and started his own firm, advising Russian policy makers and investors about Russian Privatization.
